Ostroróg, West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Ostroróg ((ドイツ語:Scharpenort)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czaplinek, within Drawsko County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) – TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately east of Czaplinek, east of Drawsko Pomorskie, and east of the regional capital Szczecin.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, and from 1772-1945 it was part of Prussia and Germany. For more on its history, see Drahim County and History of Pomerania.
